Vectorisation & storage (Vector Database)
Your texts are split into sub-sections and converted into “mathematical vectors” stored in a specialised database (Pinecone/Qdrant).
Semantic search when a question is asked
A team member asks a question in natural language (e.g. “What is the procedure for handling a faulty product return?”). The agent immediately retrieves the 3 most relevant paragraphs across your entire documentation.
Answers with sources
The AI (via GPT-4o, Claude or an open-source model hosted on your own infrastructure) produces a clear, concise answer and cites the exact page of the source document.

The AI Agent respects individual permissions: if an employee doesn’t have access to confidential HR folders on the server, the AI agent will refuse to provide them with information from those documents.
