08 — API integration

Connected systems

Get all your software talking to each other for a seamless flow of your data

Connect your CRM, ERP, payment gateways and accounting tools. Eliminate double data entry and automate your workflows.

Move beyond silos

The nightmare of isolated applications that don’t talk to each other

Connecting two tools is not simply a matter of moving fields. You need to define where data is created, who may change it, how quickly it travels and how teams detect and resolve discrepancies.

Hours wasted copying data from one screen to another

Your team enters an invoice in the CRM, then has to re-enter it in the accounting software and the delivery tool.

Unavoidable and costly human errors

A typo in a phone number or e-mail address blocks the entire execution chain.

Key indicators scattered with no overall view

It’s impossible to produce a reliable dashboard when half the data sits in one tool and the other half elsewhere.

How we connect your applications together

An API (Application Programming Interface) is a set of rules that allows two separate pieces of software to exchange data automatically and securely. When native gateways don’t exist or are too limited, we develop a Middleware (an orchestrating software layer).

The different types of connections and integrations we build

Webhooks & real-time events

As soon as an event occurs in tool A (e.g. a client approves a quote in HubSpot), a signal is immediately sent to the middleware to create the project in tool B.

Bidirectional connectors

Permanent two-way synchronisation (e.g. changing a customer’s address in the CRM updates the address in the invoicing tool and the mobile app).

Normalisation and cleaning of data formats

Automatic format translation (e.g. converting a date from US format to European format before transmitting it).

Fault tolerance management (Queue Management)

If one of the external services (e.g. Stripe) is unavailable for 30 minutes, the middleware holds the pending transactions in a secure queue (Redis/RabbitMQ) and resends them automatically as soon as the service is restored.

Enhanced security at every transfer

Every API call is encrypted via the HTTPS/TLS protocol and authenticated using secure keys (OAuth 2.0 / API keys), ensuring that no attacker can intercept your data in transit.

Custom middleware that orchestrates your ecosystem

Seamless connection through secure APIs

We build the missing software bridges between your SaaS applications and your internal systems.

Automatic data processing and transformation

Data is cleaned, formatted and verified before being sent from one tool to another.

Monitoring and automatic error handling

If an external service goes down, our middleware stores the requests and resends them as soon as the connection is restored.

How we connect your systems

Mapping of the company's information flows

Specification of API connectors and security rules

Development of the middleware and retry mechanisms

Full acceptance testing and real-time monitoring

The return on investment

  • Complete elimination of manual data entry from one tool to another.
  • Customer and financial data synchronised in real time.
  • Tens of hours of administrative work saved every month.

Frequently asked questions

01Which software can you connect together?

Practically any modern software with an API (HubSpot, Salesforce, Abacus, Winbiz, Stripe, Zendesk, WooCommerce, etc.). Even for legacy tools, we can build automated import/export gateways.

02What happens if one of the applications (e.g. Stripe or our CRM) goes down?

Our middleware includes a secure queuing system. If one of the services stops responding, the data is stored safely and automatically resent as soon as the service is back to normal. No information is lost.

03Is data synchronisation done in real time or once a day?

We favour real time (via webhooks). As soon as an action occurs in tool A, the data is transmitted and transformed in tool B in a fraction of a second.

04What happens if customer records are duplicated between two systems?

During the scoping phase we define the uniqueness rules (for example the VAT number or the e-mail address) and designate which application is authoritative, in order to clean and merge the data automatically.

05Is data transfer from one SaaS to another secure?

Yes, all flows are encrypted end to end (HTTPS/TLS protocol) and authenticated with highly secure API keys, ensuring that no data can be intercepted.
