Directcare is a group of independent pharmacies that aims to create an extensive network covering the whole of Switzerland. The aim is to strengthen their political and economic influence, thereby ensuring the sustainability of independent pharmacists through the introduction of new, innovative ideas and competitive conditions.

Project objectives

Since 2017, we’ve been developing Pharmacollect click & collect to offer an online store solution to pharmacies in the Directcare group. A product database shared by all pharmacies can be completed individually for each pharmacy, for those wishing to offer product ranges other than the common database.

The platform also enables prescriptions to be sent and processed.
